Rent and labour are cheaper the reason for the low price than south, which kind of economical analysis is that? The major aim of a producers/business owners is to maximize profit

Drinking beers is Haram in north most especially states with sharia law and that made the demand to be low, the lower the demands, the lower the price just to encourage more patronage

All the reasons you listed above still aligned with law of demand

This is not true in its entirety. It depend on what part of the north you are on about, is it North Central or other parts that either dominated by Christians or where the religious demography is split in almost equal half? Or is it in the core North?

I am certain beer is more expensive in the core North.

the materials that needed to be fermented are produced in very high quantity in d north..barley,sorghum,corn.
also expect companies up north to pay lower taxes due to lower patronage.
very low cost of marketing and advertisement of alcoholic beverages due to religious belief..(how many bill boards will you see in d north,branded refrigerators,tables and chairs and promotions done like in d south..
all these will impact d final cost of d product

I actually dont know how true your assertions are. But having worked as a regional manager for a distillation company, i will agree that thoes regions consume more ALCOHOL but not beer. They consume more spirit drinks like gin, bitters, rum and schnapps than those in the south. Those drinks are cheaper, more affordable, always available and has more effect on them than beer.
