The rebel moon movie has no rewatch value and I wasn't entertained which are basically my criteria for rating movies. All the other stuff comes in between.

Again some might love it others would be indifferent and some would hate it. Its all about choice.

Rebel Moon Part Two: The Scar giver (2024).


This is definitely for the last remaining members of the ZS fanclub

I didn't see the point of having this standalone sequel, this just dragged out the story unnecessarily and everything could in this could have been easily cramped into 30 minutes and added to the first part to make just one movie.

That been said, this is probably one of the hardest movies for me to review, cuz it isn't unnecessarily bad like the general consensus says but there is little redeeming qualities tbh. They didn't develop properly on the story or give any hoff about character development that warrant having these 2 movies. I actually defended part 1 cuz i thought part 2 will be considerably better, but is just about the same stuff, and i totally lost it when, the antagonist and protagonist were fighting with a light saber cheap knock off 😩, it stripped any form of any little authenticity that the movie had laid claim to prior. There is a good intergalactic space war franchise etched somewhere in there but it is all wrapped in a slow mo fest + amateurish prod. it ended on bait for another sequel but except your last name is Snyder, i don't really see anyone been interested in it further than this.

and i like my man ZS, but maybe it's probably time i admit to myself that he has hit his plateau and he is probably washed now 😔. With Netflix making a pact last week , that they are not gonna be funding movies with "No substance" going forward, I'm afraid ZS is never getting any serious money to back future projects.

My first foray into the Star Trek lore, and i decided to start with J.J Abrams inspired trilogy and it wasn't a bad start, i must admit. I have a good feeling, this might not be the last time i see this lore.

I got what i thought was the complete Heroes Season 1, only for me to see it had just 10 episodes, ran back the very next week to complain, only for them to tell me that, what I have is the season 1, and that season 2 just dropped that morning, me i was like S1 and S2 came out within one week apart? 😩, since i had no way to confirm back then, i just went with it, and got what i thought was the complete S2, with 13 episodes, and foolish me was happy...only for me to discover down the line, that the show actually had 23 episodes for S1, and these Mfs just split S1 into 2 and they casually released "S2" from thier shop...when i found out, my head just dey boil 😩😩.

Thank God for the "digital" mann ☺️

Na God go bless the network(s) wey introduce night plan. Na that one man begin use dey hold body before master person to download. Back then, I think #25 Naira was for 500MB or 1GB per night before they reduced it. We "night men" nearly wreck Airtel, Glo, and MTN before dem weyreys drastically reduced the data package. MTN went as low as #25 for 125MB.... The resultant apathy led most to Airtel network before MTN course corrected when they lost a large number of data subscribers.

Maaan. i remember giving you stick on your Part 1 review, thinking Part 2 will be better but brahh "The Scar giver" wasn't giving at all.

Worse still, some of his misguided loyalist are gassing him up, saying this flick is good, so he is just gonna keep making more of it, i am hearing.

I still respect him, as a filmmaker but i can't ignore the obvious decline. When he is ready to tell a different story from this, I might be interested.

One of my favorite shows last year was Vinland Saga S2. The entire season of 24 Episodes had only like 2 or 3 short fight scenes...

Literally 70% of the season was about characters farming...

But I only enjoy action scenes according to you...smh...


I watched 3 Body Problem like some week back and even went into a deep dive on the lore and story spoilers...but according to you I can't enjoy a show without action
