That's why he said Emilokan (it's my turn) and NOT Awalokan (it's our turn). No one ever thought he meant Awalokan. 72 Likes 10 Shares |

We are not there yet because the guys who brought Nigeria to its knees are still in charge of Nigeria. It does not matter that they changed their cultural looks because when Buhari was in power, everybody was wearing a Hausa hat, but if you go to Abuja now, everybody is wearing Yoruba ‘pentagon’, because that is what is in vogue. They will call him omo ale or IPOB now. Good that Sowore was also part of those who enthroned this sets of disaster in 2015. 85 Likes 8 Shares |

Racoon:Tinubu NEVER said it was yoruba's turn. The Yoruba he spoke was simple enough. Sowore is just creating funny scenarios in his head. Tinubu was voted all over Nigeria for his political sagacity and good work he did in lagos. Only the SE rejected him for obvious reasons. They felt it was their turn. 38 Likes 16 Shares |

Sowore added that the same people who benefited from the immediate past administration of Muhammadu Buhari remained in the corridors of power after Bola Tinubu took over power as President. Does he mean people like Mr Emefiele, Prof Gambari, Capt Hadi Sirika, Malami and Senator Amosu too? 84 Likes 10 Shares |

EMILOKAN IS SINGULAR AND IT MEANS TINUBULOKAN. IT WILL BECOME AWALOKAN AFTER TINUBU RETURNS FULL AUTONOMOUS POLICING RESOURCING AND ELECTIONEERING STATUSES TO OUR 36 CONSTITUTIONAL STATES AND ACCEPT A CERTIFIED TITHES CONTRIBUTION SYSTEM TO RUN FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. THAT ALSO WILL BE AWALOKAN TO AFENIFERE OHANAEZE OBASANJO EDWIN CLARK FASORANTI AYO BANJO ETCETERA ETCETERA. 1 Like |

Silly talks Regardless of who becomes the president, the consequences of his economic policy was sure gonna affect his or othrr people,so I dont knw why Sowore is making it seem like BAT winning an election automatically translates to Yorubas believing they're excluded from effects of negative policies It's been like this for ages and it's just common sense Guys who think having 1million billionaires in Nnewi is gonna affect a random Chibuzor hawking Gala in Lagos traffic would also come here to drop their myopic input 🗑️🗑️ 7 Likes 4 Shares |

And I like Sowore Omoyele more than this statement I read. Let me believe that his words were misconstrue by the media and that he will make a rebuttal and apologise. Playing opposition is not the same as bigotry: the continuous blaming of Yorubas who share their votes between the three prominent presidential candidates is strangely illogical as it sound. Peter Obi won in Lagos, Atiku won in Osun state, Bola Tinubu won in other five Yoruba states by only small margin. It is also a fact that less than 1/10 of Yoruba people participated in the last election. If you want to play opposition, criticize the people in government and their policies. Not Yorubas, the same people you will be looking up to in the next election to vote for you. You're only demarketing yourself and limiting your future political opportunities by playing childish publicly. 5 Likes 1 Share |
