Yes, according to the story his administration kept offering, we heard FG this and that so for me to now, He coukd barely cover clear the streets of trash at that timd. So to hear, almost 2 decades later now that he now built this amd that including 5 schools, call me skeptical. I am fishing around for information as we speak on even the exact dates the schools in those pictures were built since all that information is conveniently omitted from the OP as is typical of Nigerian political touts.

He increased teachers salaries, when? Didn't similar increase take place in all of the states around that same period when obasanjo was in office ?

Government raises minimum wage

Nigeria’s government has raised the national minimum wage from 250 naira (around US 2.5) to 5,500 naira (about US $55) per month as of May, news organisations on Tuesday reported President Olusegun Obasanjo as announcing on Monday. He also announced that the minimum monthly wage for federal employees such as civil servants and police had been increased to 7,500 naira, up from 3,500, according to ‘The Guardian’ daily. The amounts include gross salaries as well as fringe benefits. They are based, Obasanjo said, on the report of a Committee on the Review of Minimum Remuneration in the Federal Public Service and the National Minimum Wage, comprising representatives of government, employers and labour.

I can literally mention governor school at Ifite which the numbers of the populace supersedes it .
At ifite Awka unizik I can mention a few which is not enough to accommodate the population if not for private schools.
St Aquinas, one other Catholic Church after SU junction, College demonstration, unizik primary & sec sch, there’s one other school at close to immigration’s office , another at book foundation etc .
With the population of ifite alone, more public schools need to added . Just rest on this case and stop defending nonsense .

All what Peter Obi did in Anambra as Governor on Education is much bigger and impactful than all the schools Tinubu built in Lagos of which most of the classrooms are without desk or a single laptop for the students...all you see are just an ill-equipted buildings. Agbado miscreants can be easily decieved...

Compare the below achievement by Peter Obi with those ill-equipt schools built by Tinubu.

15. More than 700 buses were provided to secondary schools in the State by our Government.

16. Boreholes were provided in schools all over the State.

17. Numerous classrooms were built in all the 177 communities of the State.

The population should not be a problem for Lagos if the government is doing what they are supposed to do, it is like saying because China is over 1 billion in population then they must have problems with managing their education properly for their population....


About the retrogression, Tinubu has promoted toutism more in Lagos than Peter Obi in Anambra...

Is LG allocation not part of state's allocation?, how many of your state governors could survive without LG allocations for 8years?. Yet Tinubu think out of the box and keep them going.

■ Tinubu never built more than 4 millennium schools in all his 8 years, he didn't add any structure to the existing ones in any school but he renovated some. This can be fact checked through Google. Again, Lagos local government allocation was withheld between 2004 - 2007 (you can fact check this is google too) but the news of non payment of teachers says 2003. Stop lying, withheld allocation should not have affected non payment of teachers allowance or increment in salary.

Why this lie now. The LGA allocation was only withheld for 3 years and not 8 due to contention of creation of new LCDAs.
Meanwhile, the Lagos state has been a rich state before the advent of Tinubu in 1999. Lagos is only state with many effects that can generate revenue and not because Tinubu created or built any of them. This over hyping and lie is what I always hate

Tinubu handed over schools to the missionaries (the first governor to do so), Fashola also handed over schools to the missionaries, despite that, the both of them still built public schools in Lagos. Where did Obi divert the funds budgeted for education without building a single school?
