The Executive Governor has the power the reshuffle his cabinet members just as the President also has the right to reshuffle his cabinet members. Even permanent secretaries can be posted from one ministry to another and they do not complain. If the commissioner does not like his redeployment or does not want to be loyal to his Governor, he should quietly resign and not read sentiments to his redeployment. He can be agent of peace at the ministry where he is redeployed to if he really wants to be an agent of peace. If loyalists of Barr Wike feel that they cannot be loyal to the Present Governor of Rivers State, they should quietly resign
