There's no real rice in the market again. The parboiled Thailand rice we used to call "aroso" in the West no longer exists.

All these useless rice you see now, if you don't monitor it on the stove, you'll get mashed "tuwo shinkafa".

I would be willing to pay for the proper rice; it only costs ₦200 or so more than these atrocious rice we see per measure we call "Kongo" in Ibadan here. But for the last 2 months I've been unable to find.
