German Defence Minister Boris Pistorius:

Greece had delivered a battery of Patriot anti-aircraft missiles to Saudi Arabia as well as 120 soldiers to work the weapons system in 2021.

But now, Greece rejects to send Patriot & S-300 air defense systems to Ukraine.

Germany’s WELT publishes a secret agreement.

Ukraine pledged to:

— refuse from any membership in the military alliance (NATO);
— refuse to produce and receive nuclear weapons, do not allow foreign troops into the country and do not allow weapons through;
— do not provide infrastructure, including airfields and seaports, to other countries.

In response, the Russian Federation promised to:

— don’t attack Ukraine anymore;
— in the event of an “attack on Ukraine,” the guarantor countries undertake to support Ukraine within 3 days. The Russian Federation was not against security guarantees for Ukraine from other countries.

— Crimea and the port of Sevastopol were excluded from security guarantees, which, in fact, would transfer control over the peninsula to the Russian Federation.

— The occupied parts of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions would partially remain with the Russian Federation.

— The negotiations took place in Istanbul under the mediation of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
