oil companies are not NNPC they are not owned by the government ......They can decide to locate their hq to any place they like ......thats how akwa ibom or eket people tried to force mobil to bring their hq ....They strictly told them that they would rather leave Nigeria than bring their Headquaters to Akwa-Ibom and that stands till today...Lagos still remains the Headquaters of Mobil
