Insects are packed full of protein, but with my fried flies a-la-carte, I like to excite my taste buds by sprinkling them on a serving of lightly sauteed bush rat garnished with onions and washed down with stale palm wine for good measure. Please do not disparage our culinary taste until you have tried some of our gourmet offerings during your next visit to the African hinterland. God bless Argentina!
