Arteta a rookie manager came into arsenal and won FA cup at the beginning of his managerial career, he dislodged so many players until last season when he began building his own major team. Even in a competitive league dominated by man city, Arteta came 2nd last season with relatively well spent resources,this season he spent well again and now we are still gunning for the top spot. We the fans understand what progress is all about and with what we are seeing I'm sure its visible enough to understand that we are progressing.
