It's not an empty coastline. People go there for free to enjoy the view of the Atlantic ocean till the man put a gate in and started charging people |

Very sad but like I posted on a another thread, let Landmark post the documents given to him by the Government As a Surveyor,I was taught in School that all Coastlines belong to the Federal Government, this is why states cannot set up Seaports. For you to do that as a state, you must get approvals from the Federal Government Individuals can set up properties and place boundaries around Rivers, lagoons and lakes but nobody does that around Coastlines I was also taught that all properties at least 100m from all coastlines belongs to the Federal Government,I have always asked who approved Coastlines constructions, even Eko Atlantic approvals must have been guaranteed by the Federal Government as the law is clearly stated 1 Like |

chopnaira: 1) Fedearl government building new high way when we have a highway in front is a a waste of money. where will they get money to maintain all this highway> they have not maintain the existing, u are destroying business to build more and brand new. 2) Under that water is marine life and eco system that u want to destroy 3) U are destroying the coastline 4) this project may be another white elephant project like eco atlantic, never completed. 5)Destroying business for hope of a project to be completed in 20 years time is pure wickedness and that project will never be actualised. |

hammer567:Yadayadayada. Una don become marine biologist 😂😂😂 It will be completed. It's not being funded alone by the FG. The finance for the project is already complete. Thanks to the private partnership. If you don't like the highway, you can always travel via Benin- ore which is an alternative route. |

chopnaira: Once Tinubu is off that chair, it is forgotten. I will tell u the truth here. That is simply because it is a waste of money and not a priority project. We have roads across this country that Federal Government have not maintained, you are duplicating it on another route. u dey craze? |

Now, road wil pass Front of Land Mark and back of Lnad Mark. When the money could have been used to further develop and expand the raod in front of Land MARK, LEAVING THE RESORT. IF AN iGBO MAN CANNOT DO BUSINESS IN lAGOS, AND U DEPEND ON HIS OIL AND GAS, IS IT LEBANESE AND iNDIANS THAT WILL DO BSUINESS IN LAGOS? DO U SEE Y U SHOULD RELEASE NNAMDI KANU AND Y HOLDING HIM DONT MAKE SENSE? U PROVE HIM CORRECT EVERYTIME. |
