ernie4life:Thank you for your reply. Any CP without WHT in the pipeline. I want something better or at least commensurate with the present CP rate considering the risk involved. |

| Re: Commercial Papers by freeman67: 6:31pm On Apr 29, 2024 |
ernie4life:Wow..Thanks. I tried contacting FBNQUEST and DLM itself about but I didn't get any reply from them and I don't like to do anything of that nature with Afrinvest again. |

freeman67:Please help a brother, why are you avoiding Afrinvest? |
| Re: Commercial Papers by freeman67: 9:06pm On Apr 29, 2024 |
RayRay06677:Nothing serious sha. First of all, I did a termed investment with them recently, it matured and my money was not paid complete as stated it was stated on the terms. It was short though for an insignificant amount but that was the first time I have experienced that. They was not reason at all to do that. I complained and there was not tangible response. Secondly, arbitrary charges on CP'S. I have done several CP's with different firms. The cost of CP is to borne by the issuer just like Primary Market TB and FGN Bond. However, with them it doesn't suffice. They will charge the customer and him they are just stock brokers. |

| Re: Commercial Papers by freeman67: 8:06pm On Aug 19, 2024 |
iamrichiefola:Una see wahala ba...? We never talk of WHT finish. Some firms are just looking for ways to squeeze their investors/customer dry. This one's dey put 0.5% commissions as arranger/agent oo. For God's sake they are supposed to be looking out for how to get the required funds for the issuer because they are being paid to market this stuff ooo. E come be this Era of sweet treasury bills no wahala maybe instructional investors go carry everything sha. |

| Re: Commercial Papers by freeman67: 2:06pm On Sep 07, 2024*. Modified: 5:36pm On Sep 11, 2024 |
RayRay06677:Yes ooo. It will be better that way. At least it has kept me off TB for a while. Just about two little ones I did of recent. No update from any of the firm I subscribed to yet. It seems this reduction in TB rates recently is confusing firm that intend to seek funds. |

freeman67:Bros, who is handling this investment, is afrinvest involved |
| Re: Commercial Papers by freeman67: 11:49am On Oct 24, 2024 |
RayRay06677:I got the notifications from GMB, Coronation MB, UCAP and FBNQUEST. Each for any one they are involved. Afrinvest did not send me any notice for any of them, so I am not sure they are involved except if later sublet to them. |
