Finidi was one of the most elegant players we ever produced , but I don’t think he is the right man for the job. The coaches that have had success coaching the SE have a common thread. Two coaches come to mind, Westerhoff in the 90s and Late Keshi.
Both were arrogant, but unwielding
Both had a specific style of play
Both knew how to handle foreign players well.
Finidi does not fit what I saw in the others. He needs to emulate the aforementioned duo to have any semblance of success.
