If you realize how small Onitsha is you would realize how backward south east is to be taking forever to develop the place.

Ibadan was ranked as the 2nd fastest growing city in west Africa behind Accra

Ibadan have the old and the new parts and it is more developed than the entire East, Igbo refugees in Ibadan alone surpassed the numbers of Yoruba in the entire south east.
