This one has used her Igbo victimisation disease to kill her husband's career in Nigeria. Those whose property were demolished by Peter Obi, what warning does she have for them? Will the same federal government not demolish properties in all the states that the coastal road will pass through on Federal Government land? What is her advice for those investing in those states? An Igbo cannot hide himself in a crowd. Their character will eventually come out as it did when Oby Ezekwesili disgraced herself over a cheating Igbo girl. Igbos think Igbo all the time, as such, they are the victim of every government policy except it is within their Igbo land and perpetrated by their fellow Igbo like Peter Obi. Yorubas need to realize this about those they accommodate. 40 Likes 6 Shares |

I can't even wait, one Igbo up there explain how you can take loan up to 80% of your asset n go build in the East. Igbos should hurry up n take that advice. mrvitalis: 6 Likes |

AuschwitzPrefec: Some of you are very dumb. Is it only SS states that have coastal areas or is it only SS that have water bodies? Have you been to Egbema and Ugwuatta areas of imo state (not even mentioning other southeast state because I am from imo state and know there well). Water bodies are not restricted only to Lagos and SS. Atleast you don't need to study geography in school to know these. Tufiakwa!!! 7 Likes 1 Share |

I don't even get the hullabaloo...affected property owners will be compensated. So what is the risk to investing in Lagos that is so unusual to any part of the country? If you're getting compensated at market value as the law provides, have you lost anything? 9 Likes 1 Share |

mrvitalis: An Igbo man can never leave Lagos. Greedy businessmen invest where they will make a lot of returns - this is something only Lagos offers because of massive population and lots of rich people. This is the reason Igbos will keep investing in Lagos and keep turning around to cry of victimisation. Someone has to start the process of massively investing in the East but who will? 12 Likes 1 Share |

Ikaeniyan0: Do they ever think before they talk ? So one man's tourist business that encroached on a proposed federal project to open up 800km of coastal shorelines is now antiibo. It didn't occur to them that more real estate investments will spring up along this ongoing coastal highway . 15 Likes 1 Share |

The people with money who truly wants to invest with a short term and long term gain would think of Lagos first. It has the population and the demographics Everything favours Lagos Sing ur hatred from now till eternity E go hard before it ever happens Lagos is a mega commercial hub in Africa It would take a 100 year + for that to ever change 17 Likes 1 Share |

Granted that Landmark is a competition to Eko Hotel, owned by Tinubu's prodigy, it took advantage of the access to the beach and exploited Lagosians. Did you expect the same man who owns Eko Hotel, Eko Atlantic city stake, and the Contractor handling to Coastal Road to spare his competition. None of his buildings are destroyed though, but if you do not want to invest in Lagos, where else do you want to invest? Most of you have forgotten the roads to your villages and only remember them during Christmas. The Coastal Road is way more important to be aligned to give access to ocean for all to enjoy freely. Even the LandMark guy, what has he done for the country? What has he done for his State. Does he even know his ancestral village stream? All these noise stop. I am excited that the tribalists are coming out from closet in style. Tinubu has the right to position Lagos for growth. Jonathan had a chance and he fooled around. 16 Likes |

the same people who complain about stagnation complain about development. development comes at a cost lagos badagry expressway is an example in 2004 it would take you 2 - 3 hours to drive from ijora to mile 2 the road was a single lane failed road when LASG took over the road from fg and converted it to a ten lane road, multiple factories and businesses on both sides of the road were affected. eleganza had his depot along the road. oando , total, mobil had petrol mega stations on both sides of the expressway. multiple people and businesses were affected. but today the road is done and you can get from orile to mile 2 in an hour. if they fix the bad patches of road, 30 minutes anyone who wants to 'protect his investment' is free to do so you want to go and build your factory by a single dirt road in your village - go right ahead. nigeria is full of states with no plans for development. go and build there s. o many empty headed illiterates who think development does not come with multiple cost implications running their mouths on SM for clout. 23 Likes 3 Shares |
