I’m trying to get rough estimates for the square meter to use (Gerrard)

In addition to what @spyder880 said, the "HEIGHT" and design of the roofing 100% affects the number of square meters and materials you will use
E g 1.
A 300sqm(area) sloping roof with a height of 12 feet will use less materials than one that is 14feet high but the materials will be more than a FLAT roof of same area.The height actually has increased the area to be covered

Eg 2.
If Your roofing is one that has a simple design without many valleys,it will need less materials to make as well as save you a lot of cutoffs compared to one that has plenty valleys and throughs.

Like he said,this kind of estimate is best done AT THE SITE by a professional, preferably by either the roofing sheet company rep or the carpenter that will do the roofing.

Good morning bro, you need a proper measurement for this roofing, but only after the roofing wood works are completed. Any other estimates is just a guess work that might not help you so much. In fact, before you complete this wood work, prices may have moved honor down, this is Nigeria where quotation stays relevant for only hours.
