Not that it favours them. Just that they can cope with the increment better than those based in Nigeria.

The land here is challenging, I dont want to do any tank stand till I complete the foundation, then the compound levels and basement would be well established.

Building costs are still rising higher and higher. A length of 16mm rods is almost N20,000 as at yesterday evening. 12mm rods is about N11,500.
