You can still be itching for weeks after scabies treatment. Doesn't mean the treatment failed. You should have waited or repeat the treatment after 2 weeks.
I don't think you have any business with staph aureus. Probably contaminated the urine when you were collecting the sample. Did you show the 'eczema' at the hospital?

Uses

Dexamethasone-- 11-11

The lab person was supposed to guide you on how to pass the urine. Up to 99% of urine tests here will show staphylococcus aureus because of the urine collection

You have yeast infection. Not that hard to cure and sometimes goes on its own. Just get drugs for it and do not wear tight shorts or pants. If possible sleep naked
