No, you are wrong. Populations grow and as they grow serious leaders plan for such populations. It's not only schools but also facilities such as roads, hospitals and even housing estates. If other leaders also before him and after him have the same mentality then the society is in trouble. There's no way every nook and cranny of Anambra is already well served with schools. What about planning for generations unborn? ABI the population of the state will be static for decades?
