that money is probably customer deposit and not business direct profit, so she should be paid 15million per month simply from other people's money

when depositors come for their funds what will they say? that they've given it to marketers?

he salary is fair, but depending on her section in the bank her target may be too high, if she is under tax 100m is more than enough, but if is school and church collection 50m is ok, max of direct deposit fund should be 150m

the CBN is who needs to come in to regulate the mad banks

I am a sales manager and I must say, 300Mil a month is very unrealistic.

What prospects of 10billion would you have before you can get a conversion rate that will land you at 300Mil?

This needs proper context...the 300m is not revenue. Its just customers' funds of which the bank wont make a profit higher than around 20% per annum
