I still wouldn't touch that train with a 100-foot pole because the government has time and time again betrayed my trust... If dem like make dem say na a whole Army Division dey escort the train, I go still run very far from the train.

If dis Government says "Good Morning", I can be very sure it's 12 midnight...Government wey don give me back to back to back PTSD angry
But 12 midnight is actually 12am so the government is actually right when it says good morning lol
😂😂😂😂😂😂

Surveillance drones are a far more cost-effective option for protecting Nigeria's road and rail travelers. For the price of one single manned helicopter, HUNDREDS of unmanned surveillance and ground attack drones could be deployed to identify and destroy kidnap gangs even before they can launch their intended ambushes along railway lines and highways traveled by vehicular traffic.

Terrible news this is if that's how we're providing security for a train! The country's situation is beyond redemption and I'm certain some person's are also catching out with the helicopter security. How much is the train making to warrant providing an helicopter as escort round the clock or does it fly using water as fuel
Drones are cheaper and more effective alternative IMHO angry angry angry

They might have,at least the last known location would be reported and investigators know how to begin the search.
After lives must have been lost?

Intelligence gathering from our security forces is quite poor. They can do better

Of what use is that Helicopter? It is not armed. Which surveillance is it doing? So, when the Helicopter sees bandits what will it do? Go back and report? This is a collosal waste of money by idiots.

1. Build security outposts along the route 10 mile intervals. Place at least 20 heavily armed men at each of the outposts with heavy machine guns, and put like 3 to 4 armoured vehicles along the route.

2. Equip the train with excellent radio communications for easy access to those security outposts in case of issues. If the need arises the security post closest to the trains position will immediately spring to action. They will be there in less than 5 minutes.

3. Equip those security posts with drones that can be deployed immediately there is danger.

4. The train should carry a GPS system that enables security agents to know it's location per time. This way even if it's radio communications is disabled, it can still be located.

5. Each trains should not carry less than 10 heavily armed soldiers as escorts

If these measures are put in place, in the long run it's by far cheaper than wasting money on Helicopters which are not effective anyway!

Why helicopter with the associated cost in terms of personnel and maintenance-fuelling inclusive? Why are we not employing drone with surveillance and communication capacity?
I believe people in authority should greatly considered this...

This would increase cost of operation for a train operating on a loss before

This right here is Obi's point

Our debt servicing n recurrent expenditure is 3 times our revenue... Now we want to add more debt servicing that won't add revenue by the Costal road

Imagine a company who's operating cost us 3 times the revenue, the take loan then use the loan to renovate their office or rent a bigger office... That's exactly what Tinubu is doing nd y Obi is shouting
Imagine the cost of sustaining train riding and helicopter guarding the train.

Looking for profit from investment is taboo here.
Let's see for how long the proceeds from crude oil can sustain this type of train riding on tracks but guarded above by military helicopter.

NITEL died after Digital telephone exchanges were first built in very small towns in northern Nigeria but the big cities in the south were left with analogue exchanges.
The Niger delta region where oil money comes from has no standard gauge railway lines.

The hostile political atmosphere between the SE and the SW led to all these.

You can imagine the nonsense is that what your suppose to do. If you can't eliminate the terrorist why not use drones instead which is cost effective
They will soon announce that 90% of the train revenue is used to fuel the helicopters. Meanwhile you won't see any helicopter.

What is the frequency of the aerial support. Once a week, once a month, quarterly or yearly. This assertion is incomplete

Everyone should know that Tinubu is a very fraudulent man. His is never sincere in anything he does. Do you notice how he's been dribbling NLC in matters of minimum wage? And other lying promises he's made? He announced that ASUU has been removed from IPPISS since December. Till today IPPISS still pays ASUU. They even have a "new" IPPISS now. Never believe a word from Tinubu and APC. What you know about them is what you see them doing, not what they're saying.
