I am Australian on a F5A tourist visa on my first visa extension now.. immigration I'm owerri told me I cannot apply for Niger wife until I go back to my country and apply...

So I cannot apply in Nigeria? How come? Can anyone help me get Niger wife residency? It is needed urgently! Any way possible. Because I cannot go back to Australia I no longer have house there because I have been away to long. Please I beg can anyone help 🙏🏻🙏🏻

She is an Australia lady who Married to Nigerian man and visited Nigeria currently in Owerri
to reside in Nigeria as a foreigner married to Nigerian Man she will need what is called Niger Wife residency Permit
She asked immigration officer in Owerri who informed her that she will need to go back to her country (Australia) to apply for Niger Wife Residency Permit thats the procedure>

For Nigeria Residency via Nigerwife / Special immigrant Status.
Requirements
1. International passport of Applicant
2.International passport data page of Nigerian spouse
3. Marriage certificate
4. Wedding pictures
5. Passport photograph of applicant.

its supposed to be free and if you are to pay for fast tracking , you pay a little . Don't fall for agents that will try to extort you . I have seen people paying as much as 500k
