Hence, my advice: I would have advised you to fund a live personal account of $100, trade diligently and live on that but hell no, the desperation to make the daily living will blow that account. Therefore, I will strongly advise you to obtain a challenge account of about $10K, give someone you trust to pass it for you then get the funded account back.

Now you have 10% of that to play with, that's $1K capital. I believe you should be able to live on that and even buy more challenge...we are now in a fast moving world.

First and foremost, that candle you believe should keep sending the price down is a news candle, so shouldn't be relied upon too much.
Let's leave the candle alone now and go into FX101. That cyan horizontal line with 2283 zone was a 4hr timeframe support created on Wednesday, the yellow horizontal line with 2285 zone was a daily support created on Wednesday too. These zones are candle closures.
Price came close on Thursday and reversed again, then the almighty NFP couldn't break it either with three different 30minutes candle. They all couldn't close beneath it, which signifies a very strong buying pressure. Please why would anyone still be selling to such support zones

I could remember when I used to scalp actively years back and used to double my account easily in a month. Cutting losses faster was what really helped me. Though it required screen time, but it's worth it. I developed a strategy then with an EA , trading on 15secs setup that runs on 1min chart like a tick trading. Yes, 15secs chart. The SL is 20 Pips and the target is 30pips. The EA was configured in such a way that if it moved like 15 Pips in my favour, it jumped to BE and locked like 4 pips and trail like 7 pips for every 5 pips moves furthermore in my favour. With this, I can easily make 20 pips plus, per trade and repeat like 2 to 3 times daily. If it goes against me, in more than 10 pips , I can easily cut my losses depending on what I see.
The beauty of it is that it worked well most of the time because I trade high probably trades.

I hung around major areas and also around the opening of 15mins, 30mins or 1hr candles and also keep my eyes on the way they closed. No matter how, it must go somewhere, so getting a few 10s of pips and lock it was not difficult. Also for every candle that closed in a wick, it has a meaning, every pullback is important to someone., somewhere with heavy lots.
Only GJ or UJ i used to trade especially GJ.
I believe and know that a lot of core scalpers that are not renko traders, trade as a tick scalper on sec charts. For every pullback, someone is making money. It is being debated on reddit a few days ago with hundreds of feedback this same cutting losses and pushing the SL to break even asap and locking pips because the dynamics of the market in recent times has changed and many successful traders admitted that, that's what is helping them as a day trader or scalpers. The market has changed alot. That is why you see someone over confidence that a running profit will hit his tp, but instead of running away for some good pips, after a few moments, his or her SL is hit instead, and will be wondering what went wrong. There are lots of counter order flows to create liquidity with heavy lots to rake as many SL as possible. So you have to know when to stand by, get in, cut losses and get out.
I abandoned that strategy like 2 years ago when I gave a break. And came back recently when a friend introduced another strategy to me. And his strategy has been rough kind of. Thank God I have those files in my drive. I have revisited them again to be used.
I will share my demo or so soon.
For swing traders, well, successful ones know the game already. And they can manage their losses and wide SL.
But for someone like me with a few hours of screen time to monitor trades, one needs to be creative and have an edge that works with his strategy.
I hate running profits turning to losses all the time and it's very common now.

They know that a lot of people are raking profits from FX prop, so they re indirectly after your challenge money Nd not a real funded prop firm , anyone that gives rule like this. 99.99 percent of their traders wil never try this on bigger accounts. They will choke them.
