I used to like okpa.

By the time I started frequenting Enugu and tasted the real goodness of okpa, I don’t eat okpa anywhere if not in Enugu state.

There’s tastiness in that blandness…

One Enugu okpa and coke will take you a whole day, I can't say that for moi moi

The first and only time i tasted Okpa was when i knew i would never taste it again come what may. Okpa isn't edible to me

The problem here is that most people in this Nairaland are Yoruba living in Iragbiji or Ekosin Odo Otin in a village in Osun state , they don’t even know what is Okpa so the moment they hear moi moi, their moral high and they bring out their tribalism card . At times , it better to just laugh 😂 and move out from their train because it ending no where .

The person who discovered okpa should be shot. That sh!t is tough and tasteless. No wonder we are called suffering and smiling. How can anyone choose okpa over moi moi

I say enugu okpa, ikom okpa , if it's not done properly by an igbo woman I don't eat it,

Okpa is wonderful and yeah compared to moi moi I love it.

But nit everyone can prepare okpa or is qualified to.

When I first ate okpa in CBQ it was the last time

Kai oga, I used to hear this alot, my friend travelled home to Enugu on his way back I kept reminding him not to forget my nsukka okpa cos he also used to hype it. I won't say it tastes bad, but just overrated, like someone up there said it's like comparing CR7 to Sancho.

What is the basis for comparison? The method of cooking?
