Electricity has improved, energy bills are killing...using my non-inverter AC from roughly 10PM to 6AM in the morning costs 10 units (about #2,000 each night)...no more AC.

Be like na Band A dem put me, always knew this band differentiation thing was rubbish and with time they'd put everybody on Band A. Best investment made this year was getting an inverter (no panels), goal is to keep daily unit use to like 2 units per day, alternating between inverter and grid...that'd come to like 12K per month (about 60 units), that's a lot especially considering I was doing like 8K for around 140 units at a point.

I understand, but in Nigeria, infrastructural development is a major indicator of a performing governor.

I rate Sullivan Chime as the best governor from the East sha.

HDI, education, government workers, controlling spending.

Unless of course you meet decayed infrastructure like what PDP left for us in Abia State. Even if Otti only does road and pays salary people will praise him till his death.

But reducing corruption, making states more secure, improving the standard of education, closing loopholes for stealing, treating workers well, and improving the general economy are all also pointers.

Ebonyi has been the least developed state in terms of education in the SE. Umahi did well in terms of infrastructure, but that airport was a white elephant project. The money would've been better served elsewhere.

This is why Obi is rated in the East. His infrastructural projects is people oriented. Umahi practically built a new medical university. Why will I waste over ₦1m as fees per year to obtain medical certificate when I can get the same certificate and knowledge with ₦250k per session @ FUNNAI now Alex Ekwueme Federal University(A federal University located in Ebonyi).
