I have never borrow money from any loan app....but I always received message from fairmoney. What could be the reason.
I'm considering to Sue them to court.

Loan apps will not disburse a loan to an account if the name of the account doesn't match the registration details like First name and surname. So nobody can collect loan with your details because the money will still be paid into an account that matches your details and BVN.
So it's either the email is sent to a wrong person's mail or you're lying.

Why can't you just answer the first question? Is your name Daniel? if not then it was just a case of wrong/misspell email.

For it to be 12k, it is probably his second or first loan of 7k.
