Went to TP without picking me along. Third straight missed 1:2rr trade this week alone. Okay oo

The only good side is, it's better the analysis go to TP without me than pick me and head to SL. At least I can take solace in being right with the analysis.

Todays entry missing streak is something else. Missed out AudUsd, but got in on NzdUsd I shared earlier. Missed AU entry by just 1pip and spread, making 1.5pips altogether. It's close to 1:2rr TP.

Breaking even on NzdUsd now. I'm done trading for the day.

The Don, we shouldn't be making this kain mistake again. Mistakes like this one here, is one of the reasons distancing us from being consistently profitable.

One of my rules is never reentering a losing trade. Once I lost a trade, I leave that pair for the day. I didn't even train myself on this, it's just inbuilt. I don't run after what I already lost. So it made it so easy for me not to add to losing trade, or reentering another trade on same lost pair for that day.

Precision in executing one's setup once they appear is so less talked about. But it is almost the difference between the pros and us the rookie.

Closing this manually once price can't break this for the second time, and we call it a day. I will be needing just $24 to complete my phase 2 if this reaches its full TP. All thanks to all the 4diffeent missed trades today, and the Gold lost trade. Man should have been live funded as we speak. 🙏

Oya let's argue this out constructively guys. 8 losses in a roll a normal loosing streak or a bad trading system ?.... As for me I will say the trading systems needs to be reviewed and modified.. 8 looses in a roll is a bad trading system... Now question 2 is how long are we supposed to consider a loosing streak to be normal.. As for me I will say 3 and max of 4...

The number 8 is relative, 3 or 4 are also relative, why not 1 loss, why not 10, why not 20 losses. In engineering, we use the word normalization, meaning, I may require 10 losses to win 1 or 2 trades and still make profits; others may require 3 losses to make profits.

What you should focus on is the answer to the question: how many losses would my account require to be blown?

Day traders may be able to stomach 10losses in a row, but not a swing or position trader. In addition, a position trader may still be able to stomach 10 losses anyways if he would not mind waiting 2years. This again balls down to the question above.

Thanks so much boss. Yes I agree 100%. The numbers are relative. A trader with a very tiny SL and trades 1min Tf can take 10 looses in a roll and still not in a terrible DD. A swing trader might be in trouble if that happens

US crude oil prices are steady near the 77.80 price level, the API report which is still below analyst expectations seems to be affecting oil prices. Analysts expected an increase in supplies of 1,430 million barrels draw but according to API, there was only a small build by 509,000 barrels.
On the other hand, the Fed, which is still reluctant to cut interest rates, could also influence the strengthening of the USD because high interest rates allow foreign capital to flow into the USD, which can result in the USD strengthening.
