Honestly you have a point.

I tried buying fuel over the weekend. I enter filling station see 780/litre. I just weak. As I was there, I noticed people will just come, complain and complain, buy like 2k or 3k and move on.

I also eventually bought some and moved on. That is the problem. We will complain and grumble, adjust and move on.

We are all docile and weak cowards. If not, the streets should be shutdown at this time with protests.

grin

.....nah. Make dem dey wait for Oasis and raumdeuter to agree PBAT has failed, then every present challenge will disapppear.

I support PBAT 100% and I am ready to back his policies 100% with hope of a better Nigeria before end of his first term. This is my right and belief.

If other feels otherwise, we are in democracy and have right to protest and demand Government to reverse or adjust politicies.

It was done when President Jonathan was in power, though led by APC as major Opposition, successfully. I expect Atiku and Obi to team up for occupy Nigeria to show they care and fighting for their supporters and the country.

No be Oasis' support for PBAT be the problem, coz if it is - it definitely ain't ending anytime soon.

Other countries that have coastal roads, did they construct it in heaven? You dont see how its possible to construct roads across swamps delta and mighty river? Togo wey build their didnt have Rivers? India wey dey build their own dont have rivers or deltas

We know people like you, When Tinubu was working on taming the Atlantic that made most of VI flood regularly when Ahmadu Bello was unmotorable, they said it was not possible even as recent as 2nd Niger bridge, there were people who told us it was not happening

The south of Togo 🇹🇬 does not have the same terrain as southern Nigeria even though both are close to the Atlantic ocean. A Simple Google map would have shown you how rugged the terrains in the Niger delta is to that of Togo before bringing it for your comparison. Have you seen the large bodies of water in those areas? How do they intend to connect two places separated by rivers of about 50km apart?. I'm sure you would have also doubted or question the possibility of this project if your favorites weren't the ones at the helm of affairs.

When people protested police brutality during ENDSARS , how did it end ?

People genuinely wanted a change , they wanted the government to do something beyond sacking one or two police officers after they must have killed innocent citizens . They wanted the government to take police welfare serious; hoping that will make policemen more responsible and more disciplined in the discharge of their duties as security agencies .

How did it end ?

Government sponsored thugs to disrupt the largely peaceful protests , things turned violent , the government sent in armed soldiers in a bid to quash the protests and break the will of the people.

The government then went on rounds of propaganda , arrest spree and found ways to hold some of the protest organizers on criminal charges . Fellow citizens sided with the government and that was the death of any future United protest in this country .

I read in dismay how everything was politicized and the few wins from the protest made bitter in the mouth by government officials and party loyalists .

Trust me , there's never going to be any change-effecting protest in this country because some individuals will always find a way to defend the same set of people , ideas, hardship , government and policies they are expected to protest against .

If Obi leads a proetst there's enough propaganda to use to question his motive , if Atiku does same treatment awaits him. If a common or average man leads a protest he will rot in DSS' detention facility like Sowore.

Never in the history of Nigeria has Nigerians suffered this much no matter the situation. Tinubu is disappointment in every way of the word. He prepareed to be president for 30yrs to take us back to the stone age of suffering.

There is not one sector that has improved under his administration, every sector has rapidly gotten worse. Show us workings and stop yapping about who isn't the president.

He has been prepared for it which is why he has been tackling the hard decisions that most administrations have always promised and dodged
like Subsidy removal . The inaction of 50yrs before him is what he is undoing now. Imagine the Coastal road that has been in blueprint stage for over 50yrs is finally getting traction and moving ahead

This is the renewed hope 8m Nigerians voted for

Our lawmakers are mad.

The President sef dey gba for assenting to this kind of regressive bill.

The Executive should fund the NSA by themselves from the federation account and not shifting the burden to us.

I wonder how tier 3 banks would survive this particular clause, even some tier 1 and tier 2 banks go collect.

I know the road will never get completed so the thought of the safety as never really crossed my mind. But seems raumduter is ready to assist Tinubu's government with intelligent officers from the US military to secure the road from whatever security challenges travellers might be experiencing on that road.

Don't worry the same way the Togo coastal roads are protected is what we will use to protect this

So the roads you have been asking to concentrate on, what do you plan to use for their security? Abi make we no bother fix all those roads again since we no sure of the security

We can't say because the last protest we had didn't work out as expected, we should just stand by, fold our arms and watch this government turn all of us into paupers.

And while youre right about endsars, it's not the only protest we've had. There have been several protests in the past that forced the hand of the government.
