True, but his point about leadership can't be glossed over.
Who will lead?

I'm not sure those pockets of protests we saw in places like Ibadan and in the North had any major leader.

I know someone or group of persons have to be the focal point but it doesn't have to be the likes of Atiku/ Obi. Those ones have nothing to lose. If fuel sells for 5000/litre, they can fill thier tank everyday

Those ones were spontaneous.......such protests die out as suddenly as they appear.
Once hunger come, you forget your anger go inside go chop.

And Endsars led to the dissolution of SARS which was the major goal right?

I thought of that when I was responding but truth is, they just dissolved SARS on paper. Those criminals are still everywhere terrorising and extorting people.

The big question is : WHAT DID THOSE PROTESTS ACHEIVE? Absolutely nothing !

Do u think anybody will waste his time engaging in such protests when u know it won't achieve anything ?

Even those protests in Ibadan and some other places , I saw videos of fellow Yorubas on social media lambasting the protesters and questioning their sanity. They claimed they were being unreasonable for protesting against hardship when it is a Yoruba man that is in power . They were asking how many Hausa/Fulani did they see protesting when Buhari was in power .

These are the issues .

Do u think I will go and join any protest knowing that somebody will on camera and ring light somewhere in Toronto or London to question my YORUBAness simply cos I protested against Tinubu's hardship-inflicting government ?

U get!

Now everybody just face am like that ni. Transporters will just buy the 1k fuel and transfer the cost to the general public who will have to board buses to their various destinations.

Imagine workers using May 1st holidays to hunt for fuel instead of resting and enjoying the holidays with their families .

Everybody don tire . What's the essence of fighting a battle one cannot win ?

It seems the original bill from Jonathan's era was actually designed with 0.005% in mind, but Tinubu and e gang Dem in their wisdom decided to make it 0.5%...bastards that have never sat down to run numbers on a legit business will wake up with cocaine in their nose and start throwing taxation levies everywhere without taking a second to think anything through. Let's see how they plan to implement this rubbish.

Tinubu is one year in office this month. What can you sincerely say he has achieved so far in his first year?

I'm planning to buy again by end of June.

Hopefully they give us 30% yield grin

Afterall, naira has depreciated 25% in just a few weeks.
30% isn't bad seeing that inflation is around 33%

Our lawmakers are mad.

The President sef dey gba for assenting to this kind of regressive bill.

The Executive should fund the NSA by themselves from the federation account and not shifting the burden to us.
Let's watch how it pans out..
