That's the first question that should be asked if anybody accuses another country of not practicing democracy.

Who says every country has to practice democracy? Who says they have to practice your own type of democracy? Who says only if your preferred candidate wins has democracy been been practiced? If a leader is doing well according to the desires of his nation why would they want him out? Is democracy the best for our amour particular society or country?

There's too many fallacies in the accusation that one country or leader is not democratic.

After serving his constitutionally approved terms he placed his puppet Medvedev as president for a term solely to rewrite the Russian constitution so he can be president for life.
