I have been out of job for 8 months, I got an interview invite, I went for the interview passed but they didn't get back to me till after 2 months, during this period no regret mail or sms, or a call apologizing . When they eventually got back to us, we were asked to go from training at H/Q, all through the training we were just sitting down idle doing nothing, they gave us tfare back to our abode all through the duration of the training, to give me an offer letter was kinda of a tug of war in the sense that according to them they moved from their previous office to a current one, which I find absurd, because offer letter should not take long, I requested they send via mail, citing transportation cost, they requested I come pick it up.

With the way the whole interview process, training and whatnot, I am skeptical, however I haven't gotten any offers or jobs invite.

According to the HR, "no pension, HMO, leave allowance or 13th month but he gave a proverb, saying some place make look like BRONZE but it actually GOLD if you dip dip"
