Nigeria's governance system created the destitute.
There may be as many destitutes from Lagos State than from any other state in Nigeria.
Indegeneship? You can't get proceeds from crude oil in the Niger delta region yet want indigeneship phenomenon continue in Nigeria.

People who want continuation of Indegenes phenomenon in Nigeria must be prepared to have their new country from Nigeria.
No other country in the world are deporting citizens to the same country.

This move by Lagos state is a very bad move that will lead to further divides in this country. Just imagine if every state decides to follow suit.

Shame on original indigenes of Lagos state who allowed these good for nothing Yoruba Muslims thieves from other states to take over their state. Would they allow the same thing if an indigene of Lagos state wants to contest elections in Osun?
