Please can anyone give me Idea of prices for the following materials in mowe axis

9" Blocks
6" Blocks
Sharp Sand 10 tonnes (1 Load)
1 bag of Cement

2. Pop cement
3. 10tons plaster sand

It depends on location sir, if in Lagos:
Plaster Of Paris (POP) ranges from 9k to 10k
Fillas 4k to 4.5k
Dangote cement from 7.5k to 8k sir

Meant plaster board , the one that comes in 1.2 x 3m , thought they could be used interchangeably

Meanwhile same screeding treatment is given to both the cement board and plaster boards in all my projects, since all walls are screeded anyway before painting . Attached is another pix from a project last year .you can see the cement board was screeded , added another use I put cement boards to

I have two questions concerning my 3 bedroom bungalow house project

1. It's at the roofing stage, the size is 52ft by 20ft plus the verandah( verandah is not having shoot out) pls how much will the roofing cost. Pls note: I won't be using fancy and expensive roofing sheet just the normal type and very low roofing angle

2. Is ring soak-away pit advisable? I don't want to construct the convectional soak-away pit

Hi.
First I read a comment where sm1 said you shd break... DON'T.

2, the shape of the soak-away don't matter, so don't worry about the bent (converging) side, what you shd be worried about is the cracks and possible leakage.

Solution.

Continue to sink the septic tank until you get to the FINAL POSITION.

Then, see the existing 4 walls of the Septic tank and your EXTERNAL FORMWORK.

Proceed to create internal formwork 150mm thick minimum ALSO reinforced with 12mm rods @ same spacing you used before.

Lastly, cast the new concrete wall and enjoy.

You'll have a wall of about 350mm thick and a slightly smaller internal dimension but no worries....
