1. Oil Pipeline protection levy: Any litre of petrol, diesel bought should be charged a certain percentage so we can have money to protect our pipelines.

2. Border protection levy: Customs should add another charge to be imposed on importers so we can have money to protect ourselves.

3. Living levy: Every Nigerian should pay a levy for being alive.

I actually predicted they would use this line. The FG and State governments need to be called to account for how they spend our taxes and other income. Governors have security votes yet there is massive insecurity. FG has huge spending on police and military yet farmers can't farm in peace.

They never copy good innovations from other countries...only the ones that don't favor the masses like the cost of fuel and taxes. Cybersecurity in Nigeria should be top notch to wipe out cyber criminals daily.
The banks must be ahead of cyber criminals in technology,customer orientation and reorientation, station interpol at all bank branches nationwide and make a law to imbecilize any cyberscriminal sentenced etc.THEN THIS RUBBISH WILL STOP.
