TheBillyonaire: Even banks CEOs are crooks. The Nigerian system is in total mess. Except if cbn can set up to banks or outlets where ONLY registered businesses owners and others eligible people can get dollars at a fixed rate. Even at that, they will still mess it up. |

Godfullsam: The Banks are crooks because they have a means of selling. So selling to BDC is the loophole. When there is no BDC, the fraud can be tracked easily within banks. |
