I just received debit messages on my phone. Money was withdrawn from my first bank account without my authorisation.

check well to make sure it wasn't transaction you made but weren't debited immediately. you can call first bank customer care number 0708 062 5000 and complain or ask them to block your account

Try and block transactions first then Contact your account-officer ...so many persons hardly ask to know their accounts officers...SMH.

Thanks for the information. Yes the transaction wasn't made by me. I have already moved my money from that account and i won't be using it for a long time.
