Following clashes between police and pro-independence protestors on the Pacific island of New Caledonia, France declared a state of emergency. At least four dead. Three of them were Indigenous people, with the fourth being a French gendarme. France has deployed approximately 500 troops, including elite special forces units GIGN and RAID.

The IDF has so far located many tunnel shafts in Rafah but has not revealed details about these tunnels and whether they are smuggling tunnels that cross into Egypt. This information has been kept secret and now it has apparently been decided to reveal it for the benefit of the discussion in The Hague and the international justification for the action in Rafah |

Updates from the IDF operation in the Jabaliya refugee camp - an area where the IDF has not maneuvered at all so far: Division 98 has so far eliminated about 200 terrorists since the beginning of the operation in the refugee camp, and captured about 40 terrorists who were taken for interrogation in ISRAEL. The IDF says that this is one of the most crowded areas they have fought in so far in the Gaza Strip, and in very intense fighting that includes many encounters with terrorists and a lot of friction: "This is one of the most violent areas I have encountered," testified one of the commanders who fought in several locations in the Gaza Strip since the beginning of the maneuver. The 7th Brigade led the divisional-level offensive in Jabaliya and is now fighting in the city center. The 7th Brigade’s fire control center directed dozens of airstrikes, eliminated terrorists, and destroyed terrorist infrastructure. Soldiers of the 101st battalion located a weapons warehouse with dozens of long-range rockets ready for use, dozens of rocket parts, explosives, and other weapons. The weapons warehouse is located about ten meters from a shelter complex from which the population was evacuated and where 20 terrorists were apprehended. IDF: A few hours ago, the IAF struck terrorist infrastructure where Hezbollah terrorists operated in the area of al-Najariya in southern Lebanon. The terrorist infrastructure contained several compounds used by Hezbollah’s Aerial Defense Array and posed a threat to Israeli aircraft. Hezbollah’s Aerial Defense Array deliberately operates from within civilian areas, thus endangering the lives of civilians in southern Lebanon. The IDF will not tolerate a violation of aerial operational freedom and will operate to defend against any threat. We warn the citizens of Lebanon to refrain from cooperation with the Hezbollah terrorist organization and emphasize that in doing so, they endanger themselves and their surroundings.

HolinessForever:What if Israel just fires rockets into Lebanon indiscriminately just like the Hezbolla are doing? Or to Gaza? ISRAELI forces Have discovered 3 hostage bodies in Rafah. Families are being notified. I decided to wait for the official announcement from the IDF spokesperson regarding their identity. From what I understand the rescue was from a shaft of a tunnel into which multiple bodies were dumped by Hamas monsters. The bodies were found and brought into ISRAEL are in a very difficult condition, so it takes time to identify them. Reports on a commando soldier that was killed during the operation. Amir T |

Nearly 700 tunnel shafts have been identified in Rafah, with ~50 tunnels crossing into Egypt, revealed Dr. Gilad Noam at today's sham ICJ hearing. Those tunnels are used to smuggle weapons to Hamas and can be used to smuggle senior terrorists and/or hostages out of Gaza.

IDF spokesperson: The bodies of Yitzhak Gelernter, Amit Buskila and Shani Louk were rescued in a Shin Bet (The Israeli Security Agency) and IDF joint operation. They were murdered by Hamas already on October 7th and their bodies were brought into Gaza by Hamas.
