The case of Ebonyi State never cease to amaze me because the state has been one of those states lucky to have good administrators as Governors since 1999 yet this problem remains.

It's not good at all and I don't believe that the problem can not be solved.

keep on deceiving yourself, is that what a place like ebonyi needs.factorie build hospitals, build ultra modern markets... Improve the human capital investment in that place... That's what makes lagos stands out..leave whitebelephant project, a small shopping hall would have served the purpose...
