Private investigations reveal that the Rivers State Ministry of Works estimated and forwarded the contract for the construction of Igwuruta junction - Airport road reconstruction for 3.352 billion naira, but it has just been awarded for 23 billion naira with a whooping 20 billion naira difference with the same scope of work to be done.

The companies and conduits being used to embark on this monumental catastrophe including where the monies are freighted to will be revealed shortly.

As for Trans Kalabari road, there is an addition of 110 billion on top of the approved Bill of Quantities. Elele Omoku road has an additional 34.5 billion.
