Apart from the odd troll here and there on his thread, people showed empathy to him. People encouraged him, offered helpful suggestions etc. and his prayers were answered with his mother's safe return.

You just opened a thread for a friend who unfortunately has gone missing too. A troll made an inappropriate comment and you reacted to it. And the same fellow who barely a month ago went through the trauma of a loved one gone missing, accuses you of "insulting your helper"? Why do people behave this way?
