NLC itemized how they arrived at #615k minimum wage and some Nigerians who obviously are jobless and not covered in the expected wage increment are fighting tooth and nails berating the NLC.
If you feel what NLC proposed is not realistic, propose and itemize how you arrived at yours.

All the state governments as we all know spend hundreds of billions on white elephant projects and bloated aides unending leaving out main needs of their people. The so-called coastal highway will be gulping 11 trillion naira while there are unrepaired roads that lead to the same destinations.
Soludo is planning to constructe a new two laned road to Imo outside an existing one and the project is expected to gulp 100s of billions while leaving important roads that will be directly beneficial to ndi Anambra.

N75-N80 k should be okay

Even N100k would be disastrous for the economy.

Both Elected Political and Appointed Officers should be on a federal salary scale if they are not willing to reason with NLC and watch how money will be saved from overhead expenditure

My own is that I don't pity any Nigerian government because of how much they spend on themselves. I truly don't care. The Nigerian worker of today should be paid the minimum of 100k so as to cope a bit.
I and my wife had tea this morning.
4 sachet Milo tea 600
I tin of liquid milk 700
A medium sized loaf of bread 900
Sugar 100
Total #2300
Just tea for a man a wife this morning

Sometimes keeping quiet is key.

South Africa pays her nurses close 2million every month yet u are here shouting that high salary will affect the economy but national assembly salary will never affect the economy in the country.

Stop this double standard boy. U are already constituting nuisance here with ur unfounded lies.

Why sort of nonsense is that

In the UK husband n wife collaborate to fund family bills. It is not govt responsibility if any individual can't get a degree that will earn him or her a living wage.

E.g government does not owe a gateman secretary sweepers etc living wage. You need to get an education to earn up n support your family or simply tally your wife's income to raise fund to sustain your household.

Imagine earning what can not sustain only you then you decide to get married n have four kids for the government to shoulder that responsibility.

If the govt pays ₦595,000 like you arrived at how do we know over 500K will not be spent on alcohol n olosho ? I presume you will argue that is none of the government business but it is the government business when you can not send your offspring to school feed or cloth them.

Logic logic my brother logic.
The art of reasoning.

I have a beta alternative, how about they quit the govt job n look to get a higher paying job elsewhere or probably get a degree to boast their earning level. How about that ?!

Govt owe those it employs their salary or you are mistaken. Government only owe those it employ living wage not thier wives or children.
You as an individual is solely responsible for your offsprings.

Lol

You're funny sha! Which companies will employ them? Youths in thier late 20's and early 30's are struggling to land a well paying job in Nigeria presently

Even if you earn 150k in this present economy, you will struggle to survive. At the end of the month, you will even have to borrow.

House rent alone is crazy
