Another Benue Girl, Identified As Margret Oyibo Atayi, who was declared missing since Friday, 17th May, 2024, was found dead in the late hours of Monday.

Margaret, an Idoma girl from Ugbokolo, Okpokwu LGA of Benue State, was last seen around City College of Education, Abacha Road, Mararaba, near Abuja at about 3 pm on Friday, 17th May, 2024.

While announcing her death through her post on Idoma Darlings wall, her sister, Stella Ameh appreciated all those who committed their resources in search of the deceased.

The cause of her death was still unknown as of the time of filing this report, but most people were of the opinion that it could not be unconnected with ritual killing.

It could be recalled that another Benue girl, Kadoon Louisa Iornumbe was also found dead with her body dumped along Mpape Junction, Abuja, in the early hours of 3rd May, 2024.

Ritual killings, especially by Yahoo Boys, are fast growing in Nigeria.

When a case of a missing person is announced, we should all take it seriously, and stop assuming the individual went to a man's place. Imagine how the family will feel now. There should be a death penalty for kidnappers/ritualist. Things are getting out of hand in this zoo of a country. Some people won't care about issues like this, untill it happens to their relations.

City college, Abacha Road, Zamani and environs are havens for G-boys. They use yahoo money, yahoo rides to entice ladies of different calibres. Their M.O is simple, they use money and flex to bait girls.

Whats your proof that ritual killings are perpetuated more by online fraudsters and not your offline mandate snatching & grabbing politicians! If Nigeria can adopt biometric for our NIN and empower the police with the device needed to detect any criminal act, the killers of this beautiful lady will be appended within few hours.
Fighting insecurity in Nigeria is very simple if/if all citizens fingerprints are taken during NIN registration.
