With all the serious security problems (BHT etc.) this country is dealing with, the army still found a way to get deeply involved in chieftaincy matters - a matter that is constitutionally the responsibility of the states.

Hundreds of people die every month from violence perpetrated by non-state actors in Katsina, Ebonyi, Borno, Benue, Zamfara, Imo, Plateau, Kaduna, Niger etc.

On several occassions, the victims of this violence make distress calls to the army but they do not get a response. And how will they? The army is too busy assigning several trucks of armed soldiers on escort duty to intervene in what is purely a matter for the states in Nigeria.

Where purpose is not known...abuse is inevitable.

The court order from the federal High court is not binding, this is not a federal matter.

It ought to be from state High Court, to the court of appeal and then the supreme Court if he wants to challenge this legally.
