I think the Lagos state government should criminalise this agency nonsense.
Any fool caught calling himself agent should be arrested and jailed.
They are the ones instigating all these ridiculous rentages.

You will rent a flat for 500k and one bastard jobless fool will want to collect about 200k for agency fee

I swear, those guys are wicked and heartless. I don't use to curse people o but those agent guys deserve worse. I heard of someone who wanted to rent a face me I face u room at isolo, the room itself is 60k for a year but the stupid agent want to collect 100k as agent fee. Like why will agent fee be more expensive than the room.

Who will rent self con in ikorodu for 350k? I stay in Agric and I can say house is still relatively cheap in ikorodu compare to ajah where I stay before.

Ikorodu is still consider as far back of lagos hence many people frown at the place.

The portal should comprises a space where the suspects Name, Photograph, House Address, Vehicle Plate Number and Telephone Number can be provided.
