In a disturbing incident that has left students and staff at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) on edge, signs of violence were discovered at the Abuja Building early yesterday morning. A pool of blood and a bullet casing were found at the scene, leading to widespread concern and speculation.

On the morning of May 23, 2024, students heading to class at the Abuja Building encountered a significant amount of blood. Beside the pool of blood lay a bullet casing, indicating a potentially violent altercation. Videos taken by students at the scene show a trail of blood, suggesting that the injured individual may have been moving, possibly in an attempt to escape or seek help.

The exact circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. Some students have speculated that the incident could be related to a cult clash, while others fear that an individual might have been specifically targeted and killed. These unconfirmed reports have heightened anxiety on campus.

As of now, the UNN security and management have not released an official statement regarding the incident. Investigations are reportedly underway to determine the cause of the bloodshed and identify those involved.

The discovery has caused significant alarm among the student body. "It's frightening to come across something like this on our way to class," said one student who wished to remain anonymous. "We need answers and assurances that we are safe."

In response to the incident, students and staff are being advised to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity to campus security immediately. Enhanced security measures are expected to be implemented around the Abuja Building and other key areas on campus.

Plug 🔌 your mind to it next time, maybe it might help.

This is really insane.

That is a crime scene and needs to be cordoned off. Obviously it has been contaminated with the presence of students touching rails and leaving foot and finger prints.
