Like this, I dey owe loan app up to 700k, I borrowed 300k from fairmoney 2yrs ago, I never pay anything, I never get the cash. Dem don send my name to Credit Bureau that one concern them. Even If them arrest me tomorrow, money nor dey e nor dey. This loan apps are very careless, how do you loan such huge sums to a faceless online user without any physical verification?? What if na kidnappers dey use people phone dey borrow the money??

There is one good thing about fair money microfinance...they will eventually arrest u and ur acct and other accts would be blacklisted even if u pay up,u will still not have ur accts released because the process is the hardest part from CBN.

Anyways, whatever you can do to pay back, start doing it. Don't you ever think of destroying the evidence (the SIM card), it doesn't destroy you. You will still be discovered.

palm credit does.. at a point I was borrowing from 6 loan apps.. mhen.. it wasn't funny.. though the business was paying all apps as at when due. But there interest rate made me stop all of them.. 250k to repay 387k in 3months.. 129k monthly. As business set.. I japa from them.. they all keep calling now to apply for huge amount.

Oga stop lying loan default on loan repayment is a civil case and highest thy can do is file a case at the small dispute court where repayment will be agree on

He saw the terms and condition, tand he agreed to it, so let him find money to pay or risk being blacklisted on CRMS portal, operated by CBN
If he like let him damage his sims, as long as he provided his BVN and NIN when he was applying for that loan, he can be blacklisted until the loan is cleared

The disadvantage of getting blacklisted on CBN portal is that you can't take loan from any bank again, neither can you work in the financial sector, some private organizations too conduct these credit checks on candidates, before they are employed .if it turns out you are with bad loan, you will either be asked to pay the loan first before you can be employed or they outrightly dump you

I was given 700k to pay back about 1. 15M in 9 month.. I was like na this one dey make people dey default for loan app. Some persons will just see the 700k they will jump at it just to solve immediate problem, before they will realise what is going to hit them.
