Do You Have Courts In Nigeria? South African Dares Me by Melagros(op):
COMRADES, my satellite TV subscription has expired yesterday, so today I went to multichoice for another subscription. After I was done, on my way going out, then I came in contact with the branch manager while she was coming in, when we exchanged pleasantries. Jockulaly, I asked her, why in spite of the court order restraining multichoice from increasing tariff, yet multichoice went ahead and increased the tariff? To my amazement, the manager asked me, do you people have courts in Nigeria?

I am still shocked to the marrow, the question that is still begging for answers in my mind now is, what are the causes for these rots in our institutions?
Please somebody should educate me
Thank you all

What will you do my brother? Are you bigger or more powerful than the courts? The restraining order is still in the court, but who will enforce it?

This one is not a matter of being patriotic. She is right about her question.

Nigerian justice is for those who have money or for those who know someone.
Imo state is at least the most controversial of all.

You are an animal.

Tomorrow if someone messes with your plot of land, you will run to the same courts you are trashing online now.

Bastards.

Tell him you don't. Nigeria is a lawless town with equally incompetent fools in the judiciary business

There are orders that are useless, ordering a private business not to charge a certain amount is one of the useless court orders.

A one Nigerian gave this answer in another thread

"FG Speaks On Possibilities Of Releasing IPOB Leader Nnamdi Kanu by simpleseyi: 6:33am On May

Yes, they have been at incompetent courts all this while. A competent court would have sentenced him to death by public hanging since"

He is simply saying that all the courts that have tried Nnamdi Kanu in Nigeria are all incompetent.

She asked you a very good question. My experiences with the Nigerian Judiciary system also implies that the legal/judiciary institutions are ineffective, slow and weak.

Law enforcement is also very selective and nauseating.

It is almost advisable to take laws into ones hands in Nigeria.

after years of appeals etc, they might lower their prices but until the judicial process is over and done, they can make that judgment linger for years

And if that person has enough money or connection, the court will not save you.

Better call for holistic reforms of the judiciary because what you have now is fraudiciary

First and foremost, we know this is a Iie.
Secondly, no foreigner representing a foreign company asks such questions.
If you are correct, past her details her and we will fish her out to defend her statement.

Not all judges are corrupt, the earlier you learn, the better.

Not all but substantial number of them which is affecting the whole. Atleast the Supreme Court justices and appeal courts are corrupt.

The federal highcourts are the worse.

Go and check your nostrils.

You IPOB type, once the judgement is not in your favour, it means the judge has been bribed.

After all it's not possible for you to EVER be wrong, is it?

You are perfect beings, aren't you?

Demented narcissists.
