Where is the place of the late Major General Maxwell Khobe? The man was the hero of the Liberia expedition. Meanwhile, this is the same Nigeria Army being routed by Boko Haram today?

You are right. That is why the US did not defeat Taliban even after 20 years in Afghanistan. To fight terrorist is not child's play because you cannot identify one by just mere appearance
Thank you.

If the Nigerian army fights Boko Haram and bandits the way they fought in Sierra Leone and Liberia with ECOMOG, the whole country will scatter, and there will be massive civilian casualties.

It will be tantamount to Nigeria declaring war on itself.

That’s why a military solution can never be enough to end insecurity in Nigeria.

We must use other means, or ‘soft power’ as it’s called.

A good number of the Officers who led this operation has passed. It'll be nice to have some memoirs for history/the records. Would make an interesting read.

I witnessed their landing Live at Mariner, Lagos.
It was a Sunday morning. The returning Soldiers instead of flagging down vehicles before crossing, sluggishly walked across the ever-busy expressway without any care!
Come and see cars skidding and ramming brakes to avoid collision!
Initially we thought it was another coup until some people from the jetty were like, ..."they're just returning from siera-leone on peacekeeping mission!" "Don't let them expend their remaining bullets on you o!"

22 years after, they couldn’t destroy ordinary rag-tag boko haram and Fulani herdsmen that have made Northern Nigeria the worst space on earth.

Stop talking rubbish.

The Nigerian military is even MORE powerful today, with better training, and more and better weapons.

They can never be as effective fighting an internal terrorist group in Nigeria for the simple reason that their ‘success’ in that depends on the amount of damage they can cause within the country, making it a terrible dilemma, which prevents them from exercising their full strength and armoury on the terrorists/bandits etc.

Send them out to fight a foreign war where there are no such restraints, and you will see they’re a fearsome fighting force.
Bullshit

You don't even know what you're saying. If you want to support something, do it with logical reasoning.
