Elections have consequences. Look at Nigeria! So a state can no longer make laws for itself? A state made a law and reinstated a king and Federal government says the reinstatement can not stand.

Nigeria has failed economically, morally, socially, in integrity, institutionally and internationally.

A federal high court is giving orders on an issue it has no jurisdiction on and some lawyers are saying it should be obeyed but another court who has jurisdiction is giving an order yet the same lawyers are saying it should be disregarded.

I thought federal high courts do not have jurisdiction over chieftaincy matters, that responsibility is vested on the state courts. Emir Bayero doesn't have much of a choice, all these antics are motion without movement, the bill has been signed as a law, the only way he can come out victorious is changing that bill.

This Ganduje is a freaking disaster to Kano, the sooner they get rid of him, the better for them.

And what's with HRH Bayero sef, why so desperate to stay on a seat where the governor & the state assembly have already made laws to get rid of u & signed it. Even if he somehow temporarily wins, d gov would still find another way to get rid of him as he already got the power.

He should have just left with his dignity intact like SLS did & hope perhaps another government might bring am back
