I don't even remember the exact...oh, yeah. It was when he opened up Mochievous to slut-shaming! That was when I started smelling a rat about him, that he's really one of the classic misogynist who just use big words to cover it. He said Mochievous was being bankrolled by someone and implied that was how she was able to afford all those her destination trips. He later came again to say that what he meant was that Mochievous was employed by the person who PAYS her money for legit, valid (legal) services. He's like, since she works for someone and is getting paid, then in a way, her boss was funding her lifestyle.

I am surprised that David does not know that journalism does not really pay like that. This is the same person who said most journalists working for prominent newspapers and media companies have Trust Fund aka Daddy and Mummy support. This is largely true as the likes of WSJ, Financial Times, New York Times etc., don't really pay handsome salaries. These media houses employ from elite universities where tuition fees are very high. The recognition is in the name of the firm. Akin to the Big4 - the entry-level salaries are lower than banks but the training and recognition of the Big4 make their employees to be hotcakes in a few years. An instance is Suleiman of Sterling who was an ex-Big4.

David is a proud somebody, quite alright. But he mixes that with business - pride does not work well with business. In business, you have to beg, cajole, persuade and coddle customers to patronise your products and services. Apparently, he seems to be proud to beg his customers.

Nonetheless, I applaud him for his efforts in contributing to the expose which explained the relentless butchering of Christians across Northern Nigeria. He is way better than most megachurches' pastors, including those from the North, who have never condemned the killings or cried out. Reverend Kukah is an exception though.
